Question 1

Are purchased credits universal across all tools? What features are included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credits work across every tool — image translation, manga translation, text removal, the GPT engine and text translation — whether they came from a subscription or a credit pack. OCR, image-to-text and text translation are free once a day; after that they use a few credits each.

Question 2

How are credits calculated and deducted? Are failed tasks refunded?

Accepted Answer

Credit costs are calculated based on the processing complexity and computational cost of each tool and configuration (different tools and output settings consume different credits). The required credits are always clearly displayed before you start a run with zero hidden fees; you can track detailed deduction history for each task in your [Usage Records](/app/settings/billing?tab=usage). If a task fails, times out, or encounters an error, held credits are 100% automatically refunded immediately.

Question 3

Can I get an invoice or billing receipt? Where can I download it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After every subscription renewal or pack purchase, a receipt is automatically sent to your registered email. You can also visit [Billing Settings](/app/settings/billing) at any time to access the customer portal, view your transaction history, and download official PDF invoices with one click.

Question 4

What is the difference between Free trial and Paid plans?

Accepted Answer

Every new account gets 20 free credits, no card required — two standard image translations. Paid plans add a monthly allowance, advanced AI models, batch translation of up to 20, 50 or 100 images, and the custom prompt engine.

Question 5

What is the difference between subscriptions and credit packs? Can they stack?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions give the lowest rate, and yearly billing is half price; credits arrive month by month. Credit packs are one-time buys valid for 30 days with no renewal. Both stack; soonest-expiring credits are used first.

Question 6

Do you offer refunds? What are the eligibility rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Eligible orders can request a refund within 3 days (minus payment fees and usage). Failed runs are 100% auto-refunded. See our full [Refund Policy](/refunds).
